All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments can be made via credit card or money order.
Existing customers may inquire as to approval for Net 30 terms.
All prices listed are in US dollars, and are subject to change without notice.
Minimum quantity of 6 per SKU
Each SKU quantity must be ordered in multiples of six (6, 12, 18, 24...)
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment, and will be included on your final invoice. Should you wish for us to ship using your existing UPS or FedEx account, the account information must be provided at the time your order is placed please. Merrily currently only ships to addresses with the continental United States and Canada.
Typical turnaround is 10 business days from receipt of all necessary information. Turnaround times may vary during trade show season and holidays. Please make us aware of any delivery date requirements at the time of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
Box sets or packaged sets may not be broken up and items sold separately.
Resale of Merrily Paper products on Etsy, eBay, Amazon or other similar reseller platforms is prohibited. We currently limit the number of online-only retailers we work with and reserve the right to decline to open an account for online-only retailers. If you are an approved online-only retailer of our products, we require credit/attribution to be given to Merrily Paper in your listing or product descriptions, and suggested retail prices must be observed.
In the rare occasion when we are out of stock of any product, you will be notified prior to shipment. If directed, we will proceed to ship all in stock items from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship that item immediately.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Please report incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns by email within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
By placing an order, retailers are agreeing to our wholesale terms and conditions, and we respectfully reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account that is not in compliance.
