Important Information


Appointments for private shopping must be completed online at  Appointment dates/times must be reserved no less than 3 days prior to any selected date. 

To effectively manage appointments, we cannot book via phone or in person at the shop, bookings can only be completed via the website.



There is no charge for a private shopping appointment, however, please be mindful that a staff member will be at the shop specifically for you at your appointment time, so we do ask that you please contact us if you have to cancel for any reason.


Due to COVID19 guidelines and in accordance with social distancing practices, private shopping appointments are limited to no more than 4 total guests. If more than 4 guests arrive for your appointment, only a maximum of 4 people will be allowed in the shop at any one time. The remaining guests will be asked to wait outside. 

All guests must be age 13 or older.  Please, no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy: 

As mentioned, a staff member will be scheduled to be at the shop, just for you and your guests, so we kindly ask that you give us notice if you cannot make your appointment.

Merrily reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any time.  In the unlikely event that this happens, you will be given ample notice and contacted via both the phone number and email you provided at booking.
